Tap a lot to check what the AI wrote, fix anything, then Approve. Yellow notes are things the AI wasn't sure about.
Manifest
Upload the liquidator's manifest (.csv or .xlsx). Items you photograph get matched to it by UPC, model or name, and use its retail price.
Import saved items
Moving from ManyFastScan or another tool? Upload any HiBid upload CSV you made with it. Each listing becomes one of your saved items: scan or type its old code (NOUPC, AI_ or UPC) on Add item and it fills in instantly, with no AI cost.
Vendors
Who each lot comes from. The code goes in HiBid's SellerCode column, and the export adds a vendor summary (lots and total retail per vendor) for settling up.
Conditions
Your condition grades and questions, in the order you want them. The order is used on Add item, in the lot editor and in the HiBid description. Use ▲▼ to change the order.

Export to HiBid
Makes the same upload folder you send to HiBid today: the CSV plus photos named by lot number. Only approved lots are included. Sizes and weights also go in a separate “shipping sizes” sheet next to it, for your website and ShipStation. It then shows up in Marketing, ready for the flyer.

Lot labels
Stickers with the lot number, title, seller code, section and a barcode. Pick the label size, click Print labels, and choose your printer: any label printer or regular printer works.
